i need to pay onedrive subscription to store my research work on many stocks, and I can make two points that are fatal to RDF:

1. of all the presentation they made over the years, they never took time and effort introduce the board and the management... I suppose they are just like their business, hiding behind cameras ... and I never seen a single stock strive even for a short period when they skip management credentials

2. again, depreciation of 20m a year only suggests they play accounting tricks in terms of capitalisation operational costs, even that, they only achieve some 10% margin over 100m revenue, I dont think their customers are sticky at all, probably smart to outsource expenses via paying small margin.
