I saw that too, and thought the same. Baffling.
Also, I know they’re really good with achieving their targets, but coby did mention briefly in his latest tmt analytics interview that signing of a partnership worst case scenario is Q1 2019. So somewhat I don’t think they already have a partner and are saving the announcement for after the SPP. I hope I’m wrong though.
