re: Ann: Q1 2013 net profit of $123 million, ... Leighton has their hands tied behind their back if they want to compete overseas. They will be competing against Grupo ACS and Hochtief who have directors on the LEI board. How will that work?

I think HT is dreaming. All of the Grupo ACS directors need to be removed from the board of Leighton, or it needs to become a non independent entity that is openly controlled by ACS, and priced accordingly by the market. At the moment all shareholders are being taken advantage of by Grupo ACS in my opinion. This brilliant business is just going to be eroded until not much is left of it.
