I don't think you can draw reasonable conclusions by comparing the share price movements of the two companies just because the CEO is the same. The products they sell, their customers and financial situations are significantly different. Rision just recently had a capital raising since they had borrowed money to fund operations and needed to pay it back.

But if we have nothing else to go on, we have to look at the qualifications, contributions, achievements and track records of the people concerned, including Peter Delaney.
