My feelings exactly. Archie's credentials are mostly as a leader in the field of entertainment and sport. I get the feeling he isn't shy about telling people how he would do things, and if you get two people who have strongly held and different ideas it can lead to friction. OTH Alan Hoffman isn't well liked on the the HC threads at Rision. That in itself probably doesn't mean a lot since posters always think they could do a better job than company management. But the most worrying consideration is whether Peter Delaney could be replaced without significant disruption at this critical stage of commercialisation.
