The biggest question of all is why so many of the current management are resigning. If they were just acting out of loyalty to Archie Fraser, then its doubtful they would be doing so en masse unless they had a problem working for the current BOD. Surely if the relationship with Alan Hoffman was reasonable they wouldn't be so determined to see him ousted with such deep divisions that cannot be fixed through negotiation.
