Theres also the niggling little UN treaty to deal with ... even if Australia legalises they too would have to disregard that treaty .. putting into question all other international treaties.. because I doubt anyone would want foreign relations based on agreeing to treaties with intention of ignoring those that don't suit. If Australia did ignore the treaty as Canada does it restricts trade to those countries that have similar legislation regarding THC..
