Notice the tone of their announcement and the mentioning of cashflow breakeven before the end of 2018 calendar year. Both suggest a bullish year ahead. My own forecast shows that they will breakeven cashflow wise by the end of September 2018 depending on the number of head count increases. Hopefully, at some stage they will improve their processes rather than keep increasing their headcounts.
