135m fp x 4c = 5.4m mc ? less 2m cash = 3.4m EV
2.75m shares came out of escrow on 14 aug, that knocked this down the hill nicely for the placement and directors to put more money, and emphasis into the vanadium.
Looks good to me, accumulate for mine at this CR levels or so, not sure if it will hit the 3.7c with no retail component.
