BG did purchase QGC when the economy was looking sweet and the financial crisis had not hit yet. I'm hopign Arrow walk away. As for the directors recommending the offer it proves to be very interesting as the directors of PES have close ties with Arrow. Dont forget PES originated from Arrow.

If anything Shell will have to come into the picture as I have been stating for the past week.
