I take growth to mean - reserves, potential reserves.

So at the end of the day they 'want' more acreage reserves.
-honestly BOW is nice... but its no PES.WCL?... great land but 50% JV with BG.

they dont want money from PES, they want growth.

And i guess if you're a short-term AOE holder you wouldnt want them to take out PES, but for the long-term having PES would be great. even at $10.

I'm thinking a JV between Shell and AOE for PES, 50%/50%.
