re: Ann: PES: Pure Recommends BG Group Takeov... What AOE needs now is a boost in it's own sp to similiar $/3P as PES, plus recognition of the cash, the infrastructure already developed, the international business AND the strategic partnership with Shell.
What better way to demonstrate all that than to fund the deal by both onselling a portion to Shell, AND by making a placement of AOE shares to Shell, say 10%, at something well above $3.
Or is it better just to hold our 20% in PES, and tough it out with Shell as BG partners in PES assets?
