but they have some really nice acreage, i would expect BG to effect a full T/O given 2 conditions;
-they loose the PES fight
-WCL sures up some reserves justifying an offer

but i guess if AOE loss they will be cashed up...
WCL has nice location>better than BOW's , but 50% JV with BG would be a drawback.
