Arrow's only chance out of those two could b BOW as its run by a founding member of AOE back in its early days.

WCL had QGC backing early on & has confirmed that recently, so WCL is out of question. There's ICN & BUL left.

Another small player CTP has already got the BG lads helping with future drilling program via a stake in a JV.

So not many options left for AOE-Shell alliance, IMO.
