the PES announcement says that the BG offer opens on 20 Feb - thats this Friday.
SO it is open for acceptances say 9.00am Friday?
So i think Arrow will need to come up with an offer prior to that - otherwise it risks the possibility of PES s/h accepting the offer first thing Friday - and the BG offer is unconditional so once a s/h accepts, that's final.
