re: Ann: PES: Pure Recommends BG Group Takeov... Seems like a done deal to me. I doubt PES directors would back the BG offer if they felt any offers were coming. They would have personally preferred an AOE / Shell offer for their own interests I'm sure. Good news for AOE. There is enough risk in proving CSG as a profitable play let alone over extending the bank account. However, I'm sure there's more TO's to this story.
