The big picture of AOE / PES / Shell is one of a much bigger company rather than the individual parts.
Look beyond the short term price movement of AOE which will be very short term with a lot of PES owners being AOE owners who need to sell some AOE to convert their PES options.
A great move by AOE for the long term.
