mostly when script is part of the t/o it is trading below the offer as the sp of the takeover stock slips. That's why they are very cautious and don't buy and sell near the offered price.
But I think with the new company created, AOE should be up and not down. But there is someone who can't stand it to see it above $2. They must crash it below to be happy.
