Shell would of also been involved in negotiations.
So obviously Shell money is just around the corner. They require Shell cash to complete acquisition.
With the Australian dollar down they are covering a lot of the money they are putting out for PES.
A lot of investors dont realise this. Its not bad for Arrow..the Arrow/Shell alliance is going to be big for some time.
