Does this mean they have decided that a 50.1% stake in PES would be good enough for them and will raise their bid for PES at a later date to secure control(50.1).
OR
They will let BG take control at $8.25 and buy them out at a later date?
The market seems to think there is a slight chance of something more coming,PES trading as high as 8.20 today.
