I believe but don't quote me, if Redbank had a liquidity event ie administration/liquidation then the agreement with Ausgrid can be terminated.

So basically I d not believe the agreement exists unless a separate deal was done with the Administrators to keep it alive and transfer it on. In that case it is still in place.

Having said all of that don't discount the possibility that Ausgrid isn't party to the SPC venture!
