Not particularly, Chris is on record as wanting to spin off the Tasmania assets into its own IPO but did specifically mention value adding to the projects before they were at such a stage and this appears to be a part of the process. Guess with a CR on the horizon, it makes sense to use the opportunity to get some extra cash to fund this acquisition to facilitate the spin off.
