nat - it wasn't included because it was included in the response and was not in dispute. PHG looks to be just correcting what it feels to be in dispute from VEI response.

It will be interesting to see if PHG pulls out what Jangho is left with in 6mths if this does fall through and VEI has to back up it's projections and this mysterious transaction due dilligence it is currently confidentially undertaking whilst it has no CEO - take the money and run I say, wish I had bought in at .72 14 days ago....
