The Swish Group ASX:SWG established in 1999 went bust in 2002 got recapitalised and went for another run before going bust again in 2009 , got recapitalised again and then it turned into AdEffective Limited ASX:ABN in 2010 , changed name to Shoply in 2013. $30m in accumulated losses so far.


Found this asx release in 1999 from The Swish Group - Reads similar to what SHP is doing 15 years later.

Swish Group has signed a shareholders agreement with other parties
for the establishment of a company to develop Internet-based stores.
The first store, which will go online during early December 1999,
will be an on-line home wares store with more than 40,000 stock
items of which 10,000 will have images and descriptions included.
