The market hates it when you over promise and under deliver!!

Would like to see a reshuffle at the top of the board and management, want to see some a hard and fast retailer involved, one that understands you need to be involved in the business operations day to day, not managing them from their plush Spring St office....speaking of which, you want to cut costs, lose the Spring St office and move all Head Office staff to either our Melbourne location in Alphington (or a similar location that fits both)....you are never going to get any return on investment out of the Spring. St office for the business, so it should be the first to go before you sacrifice a location from your distribution network!!

If Management aren't picking orders, sending deliveries once a week (pick the busiest, most important time to help the business service customers), then not convinced they will get this moving anywhere....would help the business, but also enhance their understanding of the business no end!!
