the shares will trade in UK in GBP, to trade on the market you will need your broker to "shunt" the stock to the UK register and then sell it there, or vice versa, don't buy in Australia and then sell in london the same night(or vice versa), the transfer of stock will take too long and you will fail to deliver on time and get hit with fee's or even be forced to buy back stock.
