@retiredyoung no, they won't be able to accept more than 25,000,000 shares @ 10c for the SPP as they will require to do the paperworks ie Prospectus to raise further funds.
I believe with $12.5m + options conversion will be more than sufficient rather than further diluting the capital structure at 10c.
