not trying to try and guess what it will do, just trying to recognize what will represent confirmation either way. So clearly, a close above $1.19 is most bullish. A close below $1.03 is bearish. Given the way it gets played with on low volume intra-day, anything's possible within that range, but, depending on your investment time horizon, I do like the way the Moving Averages are lining up, should all be Golden Crossed shortly, so although they are a lagging indicator, I think they are worth focusing on.
Obviously, the permitting progress is going to determine the TA rather than the other way round - hopefully, the TA might give us on the outside a heads up what those in the know are doing!
