My guess i the share price won't kick until the protesters walk away and Spanish authorities give the project the green light. When this latest consultation period closes in October authorities have to consider submissions, if there are none approval will likely take a couple of weeks, but if any issues of substance are raised they are obliged to come back to HFR seeking further comment...if that happens we are not talking hours and minutes we are talking at least a month.

Hope I'm wrong...
