Another great result & extremely encouraging moving into phase II stating:- "This last patient received treatment on the third dose level and had no dose limiting toxicity (DLT)." In which backs up what was always stated about the inner workings of PTX-200 "PTX-200 inhibits Akt, but without the off target toxic effects of kinase inhibitors."
Fabulous work PTX, looking forward to future trial data being released.
