PRT tells s/h and mkt nothing that isn't in the ASX announcement.
every conf call I have listened to has no questions - when they ask for questions, its only the crickets who reply.
when I asked mgt a question by phone a year ago, i got nothing.
you can learn more about coy by reading the media reports.
who knew Directors were talking up Prime bidding for SWM? not me.
but we read it in media.
why do we need 5 directors?? a company the size of PRT? 5 !! for a business that is quickly disappearing. Cutting costs? well not the board. How much is the M/D paid - in a business that has stripped the shareholders of dividends to save and preserve cashflow, what sacrifices have the board and mgt agreed to?
