A minor thing, I think, but weren’t the interim results to be released next Thursday?

6 Feb: Prime Media Group Limited (PRT) will announce its results for the half year ended 31 December 2017 after the market closes on Thursday 22 February 2018

Could it be that they front-loaded the announcement because there’s something bigger to come next week? And is the debt pay-down related to it? Or is it just disorganisation /unannounced change of schedule?

I sold my holding very soon after the open. The dividend suspension coupled with the guidance to the bottom range of their earlier EBTIDA outlook are the primary reasons. I suspect any upside from here has to come from M&A – good luck to those who stick around for that.
