    re: Ann: Proto secures up to $4.35m in projec... In a sense PRW has essentially printed 1 billion shares. But at least the stock will be leaked out over time. PRW has currently given the funder 21 million shares to play with, if PRW were to find something this supply certainly wouldn't stop the share price rising. I think this is a good middle ground option. But yes we havn't got something for free, and hedging of their position will produce natural supply in the stock .
