From what I'm aware, through my own research, experience in power generation and PPAs (I've had my former colleagues from Power / O&G EPC take a look at this for me), plus communication with SHE management, it appears that Protean will be ready for commercialization sooner than many may think.
The normalized costs and convenience of wave power, combined with their estimation on the cost of manufacture and deployment, leads to my "Buy" sentiment.
With what's happening with the Uranium, it is my opinion that those selling will be kicking themselves, and those under 4c are getting a bargain.
