Yes I was referring to the convertable notes - the 'Amended Facility' indicates the conversion share price will be, "The lower of 2.5¢ or a 15% discount to the 10-day VWAP prior to a Notice being received. For the avoidance of doubt the Conversion Price cannot be less than 2¢." 2 lots 0f $300k affected here, so $600k of shares at between 2 and 2.5c. Ummmm.
