Unsustainable. Now they're going to get paid in shares as well. At their current salaries that's quite a lot of shares. Some big changes required for this company to survive.

Inventory levels are at record highs and sales are growing very slowly. Increasing by only 3% in the last quarter while inventory increased by 50%. Even the outlay of cash from this CR is predominantly going towards producing more inventory. Seems to me the focus should be on selling.
