Ive sent a couple of emails to Jason before trading halts/CR announcement and he was good to me. Since the announcement of CR, he didnt reply to any of my emails and even wouldnt answer my phone calls, that made me so uneasy that I sold all my shares.
You should try and drop him an email or two to see how he communicate to you.
