Not to mention 5.1 (c). Was it ever disclosed that Triple C were already getting paid $720k for a fully subscribed CR, before shareholders voted to also give them 80 million free options? If that resolution had failed, they were due a further one-off payment of $250k. How is this appropriate when they were already being more than adequately compensated?
Could somebody "in the know" also please explain why this offer opens today and closes in 2 months time, when last week's timeline (https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/an...se-agreement.3461358/page-44?post_id=25148784) showed allocations being confirmed yesterday and all funds due by tomorrow for this oversubscribed CR? It may be a silly question that has a simple answer, but to me it seems like they're worried Tanah Capital won't be taking any further part in this raising, and need more funds.
