A few of you can't see the forest through the trees
They are raising $3.6M, do you think it is for the acquisition mentioned or this could potentially be for compliance (to expedite the process, get friendlies set) before a much larger flagship asset ?
Plenty of companies have done it this way, and all stocks have rallied hard from where advisors get set and there are plenty of hints here:-
1. The vendor of the asset is getting very little upfront. 2.5M shares ($50k). Her milestone of 25M shares is conditional on the business achieving $500k of revenue (very little downside risk to MAE)

2. They are raising $3.6M but plan to spend so little on Agenda. Most of the money is on ASX and listing fees and hint "acquisition opportunities"

3. Biggest hint of all, 50M 2c options to Otsana

They are raising $3.6M, Otsana is getting 50M options upfront at 2c, whilst the vendor of the acquisition only gets $50k upfront + milestone shares on building a genuine business - hint, hint, hint - do you think the market is buying Agenda or Otsana ?
This is an Otsana cash box that has an asset to fast track listing, for those who can't connect the dots. Some shells have been getting about with $5-10M EV's on anticipation of tech acquisitions, so let's look at MAE's

Market cap at 2c = $4.6M
Cash = $3.6M (before costs)
EV $1M
You now see why it doesn't look so bad at 2c. Will have plenty of cash, highly incentivised advisors, low capital base (200M shares), tight register and already disclosed further acquisitions are in mind
