Might sound harsh, but previous shareholders being diluted for the incoming deal is not of concern to new investors

The same griping was done by old holders on nearly every tech play that had been reconstructed - as if all their massive rallies after weren't example enough stale holders always get it wrong

The past is the past. Otsana aren't here for fun and I would suggest there could be other acquisitions (as with most of these plays)

If anyone has bothered to actually look at the projected market cap, cash and EV it is priced very reasonably for the incoming asset - I suggest a few read the prospectus before slagging it off
