Looks like high risk to me. It needs many customers or the concept is void. These types of businesses take many years to gain traction. If customers download the app and it lacks vendors, the app will get dumped. Supporting a multiple target markets in a startup phase is incredibly difficult as one group does not exist without the other. This is not as simple as a SaaS tech business.

Marketing budget and customer acquisition budget looks very light on.
