You are right Panax keep asking for more money but produce no results, hardly a good business case and with the name change they probably hope to suck more naive investors into the money go round.
I was lucky enough to sell over 50% of my holding on the day of the announcement for .002 and I will use that to buy back in at .0015, I will increase my qty but greatly reduce my percentage of the company.
It does however seem strange that new "sophisticated investors" would buy in and take up their right without due diligence, they must believe good news is .....wait for it "imminent"
