One positive out of the consolidation is scope for further cap raisings at a higher price (looking at it from the perpective of the company). However this assumes the SP will hold at the new level (in the absence of any news good or bad).

Once again I would like to express my frustration that this company ( and companies like it) appear to spend more time, energy and resoources on corporate matters rather than on further the operational side of the business.

KP, where is the PPA? Where is the project funding that you said was short listed Sept last year?
