The Underwriter has informed the Company that Twynam Agriculture Group Pty Ltd has agreed to sub-underwrite
part of the Rights Issue. The maximum number of New Shares which may be received by Twynam Agriculture Group
Pty Ltd as a sub-underwriter is 54,234,576 New Shares, being the difference between its post Rights Issue holding
(above) and 19.9% of the total post Rights Issue number of Shares, which is the maximum percentage relevant interest
it may hold after the Rights Issue is complete. The actual percentage will be less depending on the level of acceptances
of entitlements by other shareholders. Twynam Agriculture Group Pty Ltd will not receive any fees in respect of taking
