I agree with nearly all you say. I'm particularly annoyed with them giving away shares so cheaply, particularly the performance shares. I do however think that ShareRoot will soon be worth a lot more than the original $7million agreement. they seem to be solid guys making solid ground.
It's a pity our piece of the pie will be a lot smaller than we deserve now but I believe this company will soon be on the road to something big. The future could be very bright with this one.
