    All I can say is that the current Directors should have to answer for what this sheet deal is doing to current holders.

    Looking after shareholder value - not in your life, they should be banned from ever being directors.

    Shareroot is only worth a maximum of $7m yet the min MC after consolidation will be around $13.5m

    And that is based on only 5 cents a share - it should be at least 9 cents a share after consolidation.

    So imo all i see is the sp falling from what ever price it re opens at
