If you research the history of some directors you will realise why there is no value for S/H`s .
They have been involved in other disasters in recent times either by acting on behalf of the company or as a director.
Some directors and their related companies seem to put the kiss of death on anything they touch. I am not suggesting anything illegal. There are other directors who seem to have a history of success and are responsible for saving a company through wise and astute management.
LIVE has done some pretty good research and read the report which has highlighted a different picture. This is where you should listen to yourself and not believe what is printed by the company. You will save yourself alot of heartbreak .
