You are so full of it. 800,000 shares is a strategic blocking stake? Maybe it was just somewhat trying to get out of a terribly underperforming stock hoping for a bump after the PFS was released? But when the bump failed to materialise they decided to sit tight and hope for some other value adding event?
$160,000 of stock is not really a big deal.
