Tend to agree, looks like they want to wipe the board clean and start again. With it will be the demise of the AU shareholders and the hundreds of millions that have been poured into this company with no results to date. Obviously Sprott Inc want further control in order to provide funding as they were no longer comfortable with the senior secured credit facility given the collapse in SP. Can't see how this is good news but wouldn't be surprised to see a big pump to sell into the hands of those who don't fully understand what all this means.
