re: Ann: Proposed share placement and changes... Happt to have a shot at LAT this morning for more in 11/12 with the view to buy more on any weakness. The settlement of the sale of Paron togther with Pearce/Middlemas being seeded into the registry pre-empts a potential handy o/seas company being backdoored into the entity. South American gold/copper looks possible. Quarterly will be of note.
